BAUM UND PFERDGARTEN
ROLE: DESIGN ASSISTENT
During my time at Baum und Pferdgarten, I worked closely with the design team on collection development, including the Spring/Summer 2024 collection, “A Postcard from Copenhagen”. Exploring the city through the eyes of a tourist, the collection celebrated Copenhagen’s diverse personal style through nautical references, playful prints and unexpected combinations.
My work focused particularly on print development, accessories and colour. I developed a wide range of prints, contributed to accessories designs and prepared colour overviews to support the collection’s visual direction.
Alongside collection development, I assisted with styling and preparations for the Autumn/Winter 2023 collection and supported the team at its runway show during Copenhagen Fashion Week.
THE ROYAL BAUMGARTENS, A/W 23
Baum und Pferdgarten’s Autumn/Winter 2023 collection, “The Royal Baumgartens”, drew inspiration from Wes Anderson’s The Royal Tenenbaums, reinterpreting its characters’ distinctive wardrobes through bold colours, playful details and sporty references. I assisted with styling, show preparations and final adjustments to the collection, working alongside the rest of the design team to help deliver the runway show at Copenhagen Fashion Week.
